Contemporary Painter – Elizabeth Estivalet

Contemporary painter Elizabeth Estivalet, a native of Poland, discovered her inspiration in the countryside of Provence, France some 25 years ago. The colorful hillsides motivated her to paint. Elizabeth is self-taught and has demonstrated her mastery of such techniques as color management, perspective and composition. Her beautiful canvases, rich with color and charm, have earned Ms. Estivalet international recognition and top honors. Her works can be found in public and private galleries worldwide.

Students in Abrakadoodle classes learn Ms. Estivalet’s painting technique, as they use their imaginations to produce their own land or seascapes. Children discover such elements as line, curves, dots, circles, and angles as they create their watercolors. They also explore warm and cool colors.
